Who we are:

Founded by Lee Calhoun and Ale Young, our club was created to serve the athletic and health-conscious community by offering treatments that deliver real, lasting benefits. Both Lee and Ale share a deep passion for holistic wellness and self-care. Living with autoimmune conditions themselves, they have personally experienced the positive impact these treatments can provide—and are committed to sharing those benefits with others seeking improved health, performance, and quality of life.

  • Hi, I’m Aaliyah! As one of the friendly faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors, I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, relaxing experience for every client at Island Wellness Club. From helping you feel comfortable at check-in to guiding you through our wellness services, my goal is to ensure you leave feeling refreshed, supported, and cared for.

    I assist with a variety of wellness treatments, including Vibroacoustic Therapy, the Wellness POD, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, and Compression Boots. I love helping clients incorporate these therapies into their self-care routines to support relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being.

    Whether you’re visiting for stress relief, recovery, or simply taking time to invest in your health, I’m here to help make your wellness journey enjoyable and uplifting every step of the way.

  • Massage Therapist

    I am a skilled massage therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people feel better and relieve pain. I hold a B.S. in Science and an A.S. in Nursing, giving me a strong understanding of the body.

    I specialize in sports rehab, cupping, and the Graston Technique®. As a former athlete and coach, I know what the body needs to heal and perform well. I create custom treatments to help athletes recover, improve, and avoid injury.

    I care deeply about promoting well-being and believe touch can reduce pain, stress, and tension. I provide a safe, welcoming space for relaxation and healing. Constant learning ensures I offer the best care. Whether you want pain relief, injury recovery, or stress relief, I’m here to support your health and wellness.

  • Medical Esthetician and Laser Tech

    Ale has been a Medical aesthetician for over 20 years. She completed her aesthetician studies in Las Vegas Nevada where she started her laser and chemical peel specialty. She has worked and been certified by Candela, Palomar Lasers and many others. She is a ZO Skin Health Expert,PCA Certified Chemical Peel Expert and is always on top of the new skin care and anti-aging treatments. Ale has a passion for skin care and anti-aging health, she “loves making a difference in someone’s self-esteem by working on their skin”.

  • Keppie has been passionate about the spa and wellness industry since 2017 and became a licensed esthetician. She is certified in multiple advanced modalities, including microdermabrasion, high-frequency therapy, and microcurrent, and chemical peels with a special passion for anti-aging facial massage techniques that leave your skin glowing and rejuvenated.

    Her journey into esthetics began after receiving her very first facial at age 38—a life-changing experience that inspired her to help others feel the same transformation. Every treatment she provides is centered around helping her clients leave feeling refreshed, nurtured, renewed, loved, and confident.

    When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find her baking fresh sourdough bread, creating something delicious in the kitchen, tending to her flowers, enjoying a sunrise walk on the beach, or admiring fast cars. Her faith, family, and caring heart shine through in everything she does.
